0 习惯就好

托了 Kindle Paperwhite 2 的福,终于把《Power of Habit》看完了。很汗颜的说,此电子书购于2012年9月8号。时隔一年之后,我才把它看完。

看完这本书以后,我有点“相见恨晚”的感觉。通过这本书,我重新认识了习惯这个东西。作者举了很多例子,主要讲解习惯,什么是习惯,习惯是怎样形成的,还有怎么可以养成一个好的习惯。这些大量的例子会让你惊讶,包括 starbucks 如何由一间小咖啡店变身成为全球连锁的巨无霸。

习惯的养成其实比我们想象的来得更加容易。原来我的坏习惯都是这样来的 @@

好的习惯可以使我们一步一步的走向成功 (small wins),而坏习惯容易耽误一生。要改变一个人的习惯固然很难,但它是可以被改变的。To be or not be,命运很多时候决定于我们的选择。
